Workforce Development Series: Supporting the Gen Z Workforce

Soon Gen Z will constitute the majority of the workforce. They are also the generation that is the most distant in values and perspectives from the emerging industries. In this workshop you will:

• Learn the defining characteristics of the next generation that will dominate the workforce and strategies for supporting them

• Explore and practice the National Career Development Association’s “helping skills” to support Gen Z in developing the skills and mindset for a purposeful career and well-rounded life.

All workshops are designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, learning, and sharing. Please be mindful that workshops are interactive, and may include video, chat, or audio participation.
