Workforce Development Series: Introduction to Career Exploration

The step before career development is career exploration. Career exploration exposes young people to the breadth of possibilities for their future work lives. It sets the foundation for their concept of work and career. In this workshop, we will explore the theories that shape career exploration and experience career exploration activities that you can use immediately in your program to support your current practices.
