Workforce Development Series: Building the Capacity of Employers

Hiring a young person is not the same as hiring an adult professional. It is an investment in the future of the workforce and can shape the way a generation of young people see employment and career. Yet so many are ill equipped to provide the support and development necessary to build the skills of the Gen Z workforce. This workshop will provide strategies and a guide for building the capacity of employers to support your students.

All workshops are designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, learning, and sharing. Please be mindful that workshops are interactive, and may include video, chat, or audio participation.
