In this session, the Urban Upbound Business Innovation team will introduce the worker cooperative model, explain how it works, and discuss the benefits of shared ownership. Whether you are exploring new business ideas or looking for an alternative to traditional employment, this session will provide the foundational knowledge you need to get started.
