Refund Policy

When you register for a class, we reserve your spot and stop selling it once the class is full. Because of this, last-minute cancellations can be a loss for us unless we’re able to fill your spot.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If we’re able to fill your spot, you’ll receive a full refund or full credit—regardless of timing.

If we’re not able to fill your spot, the refund and credit policy is as follows:

  • 4 or more weeks before the class start date Full refund or full credit
  • Up to 4 weeks before 50% refund or credit
  • Up to 3 weeks before 25% refund or credit
  • Less than 3 weeks before Refunds and credits are not available

We know things come up, and we do our best to accommodate. Thanks for understanding the impact late cancellations can have on small class sizes.
