Work Ready Foundations is an engaging, facilitation-based professional learning experience designed to build the essential “work-ready” skills employers consistently seek—communication, collaboration, adaptability, and professionalism.
Participants learn through hands-on activities, peer coaching, and guided reflection across three core pillars:
