Work In Progress Crit

Join local artist Cassidy Kulhanek for a night of empowering and constructive feedback. Heal your inner art student and be a part of a safe space where you’ll experience receiving feedback that helps build your project up vs breaking it down.

How It Works:

• The evening will start with an icebreaker so folks can get familiar and more comfortable with one another
• Cassidy will discuss some ways of giving constructive feedback and walk through examples
• Everyone will get around 10 minutes to share their project they’ve brought in and receive feedback.
• • Please consider what you’re bringing in to share, especially the size of if it’s a physical piece or the length/time if it’s a video.
  • For example: if it’s difficult to transport your piece or if it can’t be fully presented to the group in roughly 2–3 minutes, we would recommend choosing something else or getting creative with how you present within the parameters.
• After everyone presents, there’ll be time for everyone to reflect and chat/exchange info with fellow participants.

Meetup Tickets are Final Sale and not eligible for refunds:

• Our Workshop Tickets are like concert or event tickets - they are non-refundable but are transferable to a different person. If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop, you may find some one to take your place.
• If someone else will be taking your ticket, Email Us and let us know their name so we can add it to our list. In the case of unsafe weather like a severe snow storm, we will cancel the workshop and reschedule for a future date. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will offer you a refund.

Accessibility Note: Lot’sa is located on a ground floor. There is a single stall bathroom, (not ADA accessible). There is an ADA accessible bathroom at a nearby business if needed.

• Masks offered at no cost

• Surfaces sanitized & hand sanitizer available in shop/restroom
