Work Day 2025

Work Day 2025 is a one-day intensive designed for all ministry teams to glean, grow, and prepare for the new year and a renewed vision. This dynamic gathering brings together leaders, volunteers, and staff from every area of ministry—administration, hospitality, media, leadership, and protocol—to receive practical tools and spiritual insight. Focused tracks will equip participants in key areas: administration and office support, digital and cyber ministry (social media, websites, and marketing), ministry culture and connection, and associate leadership development for those who undergird and support the senior leader’s vision. The General Session will emphasize the importance of building and casting the vision clearly so that every team member understands their role in carrying it forward. Work Day 2025 is more than training—it’s an investment in unity, excellence, and preparation for a powerful year of ministry impact.
