3.	What are the requirements to participant in the Wondr program?

You are eligible to participate if you are:

•	an employee, retiree or dependent enrolled in a HealthSelect plan (excluding Medicare-primary participants),

•	18 or older, and

•	have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 23 or higher.

4.	Can I still participate in the Wondr Connect if I do not qualify for the Wondr program?

6.	Do I need to purchase any additional materials to join the Wondr program?

No. You will receive a welcome kit when joining, either virtual or by mail – your preference.
