Dr. Valencia Porter, MD, MPH, FACN is a double-board-certified physician in Preventive Medicine and Integrative Medicine with over 25 years of experience helping women navigate stress, burnout, hormonal shifts, and whole-body wellness. Trained at USC, UCSD, and the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, she blends evidence-based medicine with mind-body practices, functional nutrition, and natural remedies to create practical, accessible tools for busy women.
Her workshops are known for being deeply calming, empowering, and grounded in both science and compassion—offering a rare space where women feel seen, supported, and truly equipped to care for themselves.
