Monthly Theme: Fixed Vs Growth Mindset

Adopting a growth mindset isn’t just a personal upgrade—it influences how we learn, respond to challenges, collaborate with others, and even mentor or lead. Whether at school, work, sports, or relationships, framing abilities as improvable fosters courage, curiosity, and resilience." (C.Dweck) This workshop will offer a hands-on, interactive activity and discussion exploring how your thinking and thought processes affect your daily life. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own ‘Growth vs. Fixed Mindset Brain’ to explore how your mindset shapes your thoughts and actions. **Adults only**
