Join us for an evening of restorative breathwork, gentle nervous system unwinding, and intentional re-centering. This is your space to slow down, soften your edges, and reconnect with yourself before you give so much to others this holiday season.
Women Who Breathe is an intentional wellness community for women in leadership roles and high-stress careers. We offer curated breathwork sessions, courses, and supportive practices designed to help you reconnect with your body, clarity, and intuition.
Founded by Marina Kay, a mindset and breathwork guide who has supported hundreds of women over the past six years, WWB helps you come home to yourself, fill your cup, and create success from fulfillment—not depletion.
To celebrate the launch of our monthly Online Membership - we are offering 4 breathwork sessions to the public in the month of December! Designed to help you recharge the body and restore the nervous system in the season of giving, while refelcting on 2025 and setting yourself up for a healthy and successful 2026.
Pricing
You are welcome to register for each session separately, or you can join the monthly membership for our introductory price of just $97/month including online courses, on-demand wellness recordings and practices, and a supportive community of other like-minded women all around the country. This guided breathwork experience is designed to help you reconnect to the calm, grounded clarity that’s already inside you — the place where your intuition lives. Using proven breathing techniques that release emotional blocks, quiet mental noise, and unlock your body’s intuitive intelligence, you’ll create space to process any recent stressors and leave feeling clear & confident.
Throughout the course of this evening, you will:
- Release tension and stress patterns
- Shift from “fight-or-flight” into a more balanced, receptive state
- Tap into somatic awareness — the body-based cues that inform confidence & clarity
- Cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust you can carry back into your leadership, relationships, and everyday life

Breathwork is a term that includes many different styles of breath control - different breath patterns, holds, etc - that create various physical and emotional states. Each pattern I guide you through is done with a specific purpose. My sessions typically follow a - warm up, peak experience, and cool down progression. The process will often create feelings of relaxation, emotional release, and potential for new and insightful mental states. Participants can often revisit past events, let go of any emotional blocks or barriers, and make peace with different life stressors. There is often a big physical tension release that follows a session.
Group sessions are a way for us to share this transformational somatic therapy practice with more women and make it much more cost effective over 1:1 offerings.
After experiencing burnout in her corporate career, Marina redesigned her life and started Womwn Who Breathe to help successful women ditch hustle culture and build careers from a place of wellness, intuition and clarity. WWB Events are designed to connect powerful women and give us a collective opportunity to release stress & return to the wisdom of our bodies.
