Drop in for any class, no experience needed. Each class is introductory, so you’ll learn the fundamentals in each whether it’s your first session or your third.

1) Ground Fighting & Striking - November 11th at 5:45 PM: Learn how to defend yourself both on the ground and standing. We’ll cover body positioning, leverage, strikes and defensive movements to help you stay safe and in control.
2) Object & Situational Defense - November 18th at 5:45 PM: Develop practical defenses against common threats and objects, including how to react if someone grabs you or approaches with a weapon.
