Violence against women is a terrible problem that affects people from all countries and all walks of life. More and more women are reporting being assaulted, harassed, or generally feeling unsafe in their environments. The second level of our Women's Self Defense Series offers women additional tools for self-protection. This women led course focuses on utilizing knees, kicks, and elbows in a way that works well with a woman's natural strength. Over this course, we will emphasize adding knees, kicks, and improved lower body positioning to the self-defense techniques from our Level 1 course. Check out our agenda for some of the topics that will be covered.
This course will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 17th to July 3rd from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. Your ticket for this course registers you for all 6 lesssons!
