All participants are required to sign a waiver at their first class.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Whatever is comfortable. The class will be active, so athletic wear is recommended. We do not wear shoes on the mat. Socks or bare feet are appropriate.

What should I bring?

Water and a positive attitude.

Is parking free?

Yes. Free and abundant.

How many people are in the class?

The class will have maximum 20 participants, one male instructor, and one female instructor.

Is this class right for me?

If you're female, over the age of 18 (or between 13-17 with parent present), this class will give you skills to identify and manage threats in your environment.

Ben Hogge is an Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer. With experience as a personal trainer and being a lifelong athelete, Ben has recently made a shift from team sports to martial arts.
