Join us for a 5-week workshop covering the basics of strength training for women of all ages.
Interested in strength training but don't know where to start? Have some experience with strength training but don't know how to progress? Join certified personal trainer Suzanne Pettit of Seamless Strength and Fitness for a 5-week workshop, starting on Sunday, September 28 at Nonantum Strength. Over the 5-week workshop, we'll cover:
- Mobility and injury prevention
- Functional movementpatterns
- Basic lifts with progressions and regressions
- Unilateral and multiplanar movements
