Yes. All three sessions include food that is catered.

There are two locations for the entire event.
Session 1 will be at The Church of Grace and Peace Banquet Hall in Toms River, New Jersey.
Session 2 will be at the Jumping Brook Country Club, Neptune, New Jersey.
Session 3 will be at The Church of Grace and Peace Banquet Hall in Toms River, New Jersey

What is the distance from the suggested hotels to the venues?

The Church of Grace and Peace is 22 minutes from the Holiday Inn Express in Neptune,  and 11 minutes from the Hilton Garden Inn of Lakewood in Lakewood,
Jumping Brook Country Club is 4 minutes from the Holiday Inn Express in Neptune,  and 16 minutes from the Hilton Garden Inn of Lakewood in Lakewood

Hilton Garden Inn of Lakewood is the closest hotel to the last session (Session 3) venue with a distance of 11 minutes.

Which  hotels are offering a discount for partipcants and how much is the discount?

Will the conference sessions start on time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We highly suggest you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of each session.

Should participants add extra time when leaving their home for Frid. Session 1?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is highly suggested that you leave at least 30 minutes earlier than normal time as the outskirts of the area know for high traffic during that time period.  The session will be starting on time therefore we highly recommend that participants allow for ample travel time.

Yes. The cost of $130 includes all 3 sessions.

Can tickets for only one or two sessions be purchased?

Accepted Answer

Not at this time. However, tickets for each individual session may be available at a later date if the 3 session tickets are not sold by a certain time frame. To get on the waiting list for single session tickets email LivingBeyondLimitsWithRenee@gmail.com.

What is the deadline to purchase early bird tickets?

The early bird tickets deadline is January 7th.  The cost for early bird tickets is $130.

Ticket sales are over on February 7th.

Are tickets refundable.

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event minus the Eventbrite fee.

Yes. Only during Session 1 on Friday evening.

Is there an additional cost other than the ticket price to spotlight my business during Session 1?

No. Their is no other cost to spotlight your business outside of the ticket price.

How is a participants business spotlighted at the event?

Accepted Answer

Each person will have a time from from 3 to 5 minutes to share their business information during this session. Their business information along with their picture will also be shown on the  banquet hall video screen during the first portion of this event.

Are individuals who are a part of the spotlight allowed to have a table for their products?

Accepted Answer

No. The spotlight opportunity is separate from being a vendor. If you are purchasing a ticket for the conference, and you intend to be a part of the spotlight, and you would like to be a vendor as well please contact Renée at LivingBeyondLimitswithRenee@gmail.com for more information.
