✨ Craving deeper, more nourishing connection with other women?
✨ Longing for conversations that go beyond updates, logistical details, and polite nodding?
Genuine connection isn’t just a “nice to have”...it’s essential. It supports our nervous systems, our emotional wellbeing, and our sense of belonging. And yet, most of us were never actually taught how to create it. Instead, we’re surrounded by small talk, roles, and social scripts that keep things safe… but shallow.
If you’ve ever felt there must be more than this, you’re right...there is.
This 3-hour experiential workshop is an invitation to slow down, drop in, and reconnect with yourself and with other women.
You’ll be guided through thoughtfully designed exercises that make connection feel more natural, grounded, and real.
You can expect a warm, well-held space to:
--Learn practical relational skills you can use in everyday life
--Experience meaningful connection in the moment
--Meet other women who value depth, presence, and honesty
This workshop also serves as a gentle introduction to the ongoing Women’s Heart Circles beginning soon, for those who feel called to continue building connection in a consistent, intimate group setting.
All adult women are welcome. No prior experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, your humanity, and maybe a willingness to be pleasantly surprised. 💛
What past participants are saying:
“I enjoyed enlightening conversations with new people in a safe place.”
“Being there was amazing! Hearing other people's stories and finally realizing I'm not alone, gave me that sense of connection I was seeking. I had never done anything like that and I was afraid I was gonna be too scared to share, but your guidance made everything smooth.”
“It pushes you out of your comfort zone, keeps you sharp, and teaches you how to be present to yourself and others.”
