I can't find the venue within LaFayette Village

If you come through Waltons Commons Dr. – you make a left into La Fayette Village and the first building on your left is the Executive Suites – it says "Executive Suites" at the top, above the entry doors. It's in between The Bike Shop and Miretta Interiors (look for the green awning).

Which floor is it on?

Once you walk through the glass doors, look for the elevator (in front) and take it up to the second floor. As the receptionists at the front desk about which meeting room we're in.
