Join us this fall for the launch of Women’s Circles at MESA—a safe space for adult women (18+) to gather, share presence, and explore healing in community.
These circles are open to women who have experienced trauma, whether from sexual violence, childhood abuse, relationship harm, or the everyday weight of life’s challenges. Rooted in MESA’s 50+ years of supporting survivors, the Women’s Circles provide a welcoming, trauma-informed setting to pause, reconnect, and discover resilience.
Each gathering will center on a monthly theme inspired by honoring our past, present, and future selves. Sessions include grounding practices, space for journaling or reflection, and optional small- and large-group conversations. Participation is always by choice—whether you prefer to listen quietly or share, you belong here.
