Bring something to write with, pillow, blanket, yoga mat, and eye mask to feel comfortable. We will have extra blankets, yoga mats, and pillows available if you forget to bring yours.

We are located in the single story copper/orange roof building in Parkway Office Spaces. Our space is on the left side closest to Redstone Bank with the blue roof. It is a quick turn after the overpass. If you pass the bank then you have gone too far. Suite is located near the rear of the building.

Be as comfortable as you want to be. This is safe place to feel comfortable in your own skin with no judgements. Just be you.

Welcome to the Embracing the Feminine Cycles Women's Circle!

Come join us for a gathering of amazing women at 3313 Memorial Pkwy SW suite 127. This event is all about connecting, supporting, and empowering each other. Whether you're looking to make new friends, share stories, or simply unwind, this is the place to be.

This circle will have a caco ceremony, guided meditations with mild breathwork, journaling, and closing meditation with sound healing.
