Women's Circle - An Invitation to Slow Down
Overview
Together, we step away from daily demands to share in community, honor our inner wisdom, and explore practices that support growth and balance. Slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Gentle movement
- Mindfulness practices
- Reflective writing
- Individual Reiki (optional)
- Guided meditation
WHAT TO BRING:
- Journal & pen
- Water to stay hydrated, because it's important :)
- Any comfort items you prefer. (Yoga bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, pillows and floor seating with back support will be provided)
- Open heart & mind
WHAT TO WEAR:
- .Something comfortable, such as yoga pants or a loose-fitting shirt. Bring a sweater if you tend to get cold easily - relaxing often lowers your body temperature. We'll be taking our shoes off, but only if you're comfortable with that.
