WHAT TO BRING:
- Journal & pen
- Water to stay hydrated, because it's important :)
- Any comfort items you prefer. (Yoga bolsters, meditation cushions, blankets, pillows and floor seating with back support will be provided)
- Open heart & mind
WHAT TO WEAR:
- .Something comfortable, such as yoga pants or a loose-fitting shirt. Bring a sweater if you tend to get cold easily - relaxing often lowers your body temperature. We'll be taking our shoes off, but only if you're comfortable with that.
