Women's Breathwork Event

We use a breath pattern that allows us to drop beneath our conscious programming into an altered state and begin to re-wire pathways in our body. While there we have the ability to release trapped and suppressed emotions and traumas living in the body. It actually helps us rewire the brain. Its the ultimate hack if you want to bring balance to your body and peace to your mind.

A women’s-only breathwork group provides a safe, nurturing, and empowering space for women to release stress, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with their divine feminine energy.
