Phase 2: Awareness Through Decoding

Start seeing yourself through a new lens that separates who you are from how ADHD shows up in your life.

✨ Reframe perfectionism, procrastination, and imposter thoughts
✨ Spot early cues of dysregulation and build emotional regulation the ADHD way

Program Details

💫 Format: 10 weekly group coaching sessions (2 hours each) + 3 individual 1:1 alignment sessions.
Each group is limited to a maximum of 5 women to keep the experience personal and supportive.

💫 ADHD Empowerment Workbook: A structured guide filled with strategies, activities, and resources to help you design your own rules for success—ones that reflect how you thrive best.

💫 Investment: $450 pay-in-full or 3 monthly payments of $160
(The option to use FSA or HSA funds for payment is available, depending on your plan coverage.)

Schedule Program Dates and Time

Saturdays 10AM -12PM CST

  • First Session: November 15th 2025
  • November 22nd
  • December 6th, 13th, 20th
  • January 3rd, 10th, 17th,24th 2026
  • Last Session: January 31st 2026

Registration requires a commitment to attend a minimum of 90% of classes for optimal benefit. Make up time is counted towards 90% attendance :)

How It Works

  • Step 1: Sign Up → Secure your spot with a one-time payment or monthly installments.
  • Step 2: 1:1 Intro Session → We’ll talk through your personal goals and make sure this program is the right fit before the group sessions kick off.
  • Step 3: Group Coaching Program → Get the full roadmap and begin your exciting 10-week journey to more clarity, confidence, and the lasting change you’ve been looking for.

If the program isn’t a good fit, any payments will be fully refunded.
