ADHD coaching does not focus on a diagnosis, the purpose is not to heal nor teach. It focuses on practical ways to deal with everyday tasks that might be tougher because of ADHD symptoms by recognizing unique ways ADHD shows up for each person, and teach how to problem-solve issues as they happen
