Women in Defense, a subsidiary non-profit organization under the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Greater Los Angeles Chapter (WID-GLAC), is proud to announce the Service to the Flag Award winners for 2022.
The WID-GLAC board receives nominations for each of the Service to the Flag
categories (industry, government, and community) and selects the winners
based upon contributions, innovations, and embodiment of the Women in
Defense principles of:
• Diversity across the aerospace, defense, and national security
professions, including manufacturing, design, and engineering, advisory
services, and academia.
• Professional development
• Mentoring with other women leaders.
The recipients of The Service to The Flag Awards are:
For the Government Category: Deidra Eberhardt, SES is the Director of Requirements, Integration and Strategy, Space Systems Integration Office, Space Systems Command at The Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA.
For the Industry Category: Cindy Ayloush, CEO of Hydraflow
For the Community Category: Delores Druilhet Morton, CEO of Step Up

Women In Defense Greater Los Angeles Chapter (WID-GLAC) is the 18th chapter of Women In Defense (WID), a national security organization affiliated with NDIA, which cultivates and supports the advancement and recognition of women in all aspects of national security.
WID-GLAC was founded October 2012 to support members in Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas. Our membership is comprised of a diverse demographic of women and men from a significant cross-section of aerospace, defense, and national security professions including manufacturing, design & engineering, advisory services, and academia.
WID-GLAC is a source for networking, professional development, and mentoring with other women leaders. We hope you will join us!
