A 24-Hour WOD-A-THON sponsored by CrossFit 7220

24 Workouts in 24 Hours

Join us for this very special event in honor of Autism Awareness!

We will be doing one challenging workout (the annual CrossFit 7220 Light It Up Blue workout) at 1 PM - 2 PM on Saturday along with some lighter workouts (for example 50 burpees for time or 100 walking lunges) throughout the 24 hours. You will have the whole hour to do the work, then we restart the clock on the next hour. This is purely for charity and fun. It is not a competition; we will not be keeping scores, but rather bringing together the powerful and passionate CrossFit 7220 community for a wonderful cause. Every workout will start on the hour.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate!

Proceeds of the sale of all tickets will go to benefit the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities and the Equestrian Center at Ark Regional Services both in support for therapy and resources for individuals on the autism spectrum. All proceeds will be matched dollar for dollar by a generous donor!!
