Wolf of Broad Street proudly presents the 6th Annual Autumn Open—a premier 18-hole golf tournament and networking reception bringing together top professionals from across the real estate industry. Held once again at the legendary Philmont Country Club, this year’s event features a full-course private experience on a day the club is closed to the public. That means the course is all ours—no interruptions, just great golf and even better connections.

This year’s outing is benefitting the Happy Smiles Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to spreading kindness through small acts that make a big impact. Known as “the new era in kindness,” Happy Smiles supports individuals and organizations in need through donations, volunteer work, and everyday moments of care—believing that even the smallest gesture has the power to turn a life around.

In addition to a full round of championship golf, the Autumn Open includes a cookout-style networking lunch, live music, DJ entertainment, a helicopter ball drop raffle, and a closing awards ceremony. It’s a full day of play, purpose, and meaningful connections—with all the signature energy and polish Wolf of Broad Street events are known for.

Early bird tickets have SOLD OUT... and regular tickets, plus some sponsorship opportunities are available now, but not for long. Rates will increase, and remaining sponsorships are expected to sell out quickly.
