Emmy-nominated film producer, Simone Pero is the Founder and President of For Impact Productions, a sought-after social impact consultancy for creatives of all mediums and genres. Pero’s film portfolio includes LILLY, THE TALE, VIVA VERDI!, VOW OF SILENCE: THE ASSASSINATION OF ANNIE MAE, THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING, and BODY & SOUL: DIANA & KATHY. In 2025, she launched Artists for Impact, signature advisory cohorts and workshops equipping more creatives with strategies and tools to finance and launch mission-driven projects. Pero is on faculty with the Stony Brook Killer Films MFA in Film & TV Writing and serves on the President’s Council of New York Women in Film & Television. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America, BAFTA North America, the Television Academy, Women Independent Producers and the Global Impact Producers Alliance. She began her career in the Federal government before moving into leadership roles within Fortune 500 corporations, and holds a Master’s in Public Affairs and Policy.



Award-winning playwright, actor, producer, and educator, Fanshen Cox, is the DEIA Manager for the California Film Commission’s Tax Credit Program. She is also the Founder of TruJuLo Productions. Fanshen served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cape Verde, West Africa, and holds a BA in Spanish & Education, an MA in TESOL, and an MFA in TV, Film & Theatre. She has been honored with Distinguished Alumni Awards from CSULA and from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an honorary MFA in producing from New York Film Academy. Fanshen is also a co-author of the Inclusion Rider which was announced at the 2018 Oscar awards by Frances McDormandand the co-creator, producer and host of the Webby nominated podcast Sista Brunch. She is a highly sought after speaker on narrative for impact, and on diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and belonging.



Kisha Imani Cameron is a distinguished documentary producer and showrunner, former studio executive, and accredited professional executive coach. Recently, Kisha completed a feature documentary on MEGAN THEE STALLION for Amazon. She previously served as Executive Producer of THE HAIR TALES alongside Michaela Angela Davis, Tracee Ellis Ross and Oprah Winfrey. She also served as the showrunner/Co-EP of the true crime series AFTER THE FIRST 48 and Consulting Producer on THE FIRST 48. Additional producing credits include the Mike Tyson documentary, THE KNOCKOUT, directed by Geoffrey Fletcher, Spike Lee’s BAMBOOZLED and Raoul Peck’s SOMETIMES IN APRIL. As a trained coach, she also passionately works as a speaker, career and executive coach, for individuals and clients such as CHIEF, MACRO, The Sundance Institute and WIF, to name a few.
