Meet the speakers:

Nertila Konda is an Albanian localization expert and the founder of locinpink - a pioneering initiative that brings breast health awareness to the heart of the localization industry. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she bridges language, culture and advocacy to create meaningful impact. As a mentor and volunteer for Women in Localization, Nertila is passionate about empowering women and fostering community through empathy, purpose and connection.

Sophie Solomon is a global executive advisor in strategy and change, and the founder of MenoCurious, a grassroots initiative breaking the silence around perimenopause and menopause. With 25+ years of leadership at Accenture, Google, Microsoft, and Autodesk, she blends sharp business insight with human-centered vision. A third-culture kid, fluent in five languages and the proud mother of four global citizens, Sophie is passionate about normalizing the menopause conversation, empowering through education, and helping people navigate this life stage with grace, knowledge, and a healthy dose of humor.
