Within

Within is a gentle, heart-centered gathering designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Hosted by Joelle Anderson (Soulful Empowerment) and Jessie Rudi (Clearly Connected Healing), two Reiki Masters who share a deep respect for the subtle power of energy work, this experience is an invitation to step out of "doing" and into "being." Within shifts the focus inward, toward self-love, presence, and the quiet knowing that everything you need already exists inside of you.

We'll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into your body and the space. Throughout the experience, group Reiki energy will be offered continuously, with moments of individual Reiki and a gentle sound component woven in to support deep relaxation and integration.

The structured portion of the evening will last approximately 45 minutes, followed by ample time to connect with each other, reflect, and be in community.

This gathering is especially supportive for:

• Anyone curious about Reiki or energy work
• Those craving rest, nervous-system regulation, or intentional self-care
• People who give a lot to others and are ready to receive
• Anyone wanting a sof, welcoming entry point into slowing down

No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is needed, just come as you are.
