Witch’s Broom Making Workshop
Join us for a morning that blends feast and folklore. We’ll begin with a hearty lakeside brunch and mimosas, then move straight into broom-crafting at tables covered in hundreds of flowers freshly gathered from Pike Place Market. Every guest will choose a broomstick, select their favorite blooms and herbs, and finish with ribbons, charms, and trimmings that make each piece distinctly personal.
This isn’t just a craft—it’s a seasonal rite. With every stem you weave and every detail you tie on, your broom becomes both artwork and talisman, carrying the spirit of autumn and your own imagination. All meals, drinks, flowers, and materials are provided; simply bring a cozy blanket or pillow to make your space comfortable as you work. You’ll leave with a broom that’s handmade, one-of-a-kind, and steeped in magic.
This event is held at the Cedar Lodge at Camp Lakeview, which is not within the normal park. You'll drive past the main entrance and up a hill until you see another Camp Lakeview sign. Turn there, go past the black chapel, and then you'll drive up to the lodge!
