💫 About the Host

The event is hosted by Irem Rama, Founder and CEO of El Turco Media, a global creative marketing agency that connects people and ideas through design, storytelling, and strategy.

Before starting her agency, Irem worked as a Google Partner Coordinator, where she developed her passion for meaningful communication and authentic growth.

Since 2019, she has hosted Wise and Young gatherings across three continents — bringing together entrepreneurs, artists, and innovators through creativity, food, and community.

Now she brings this global experience to Asheville to build a local circle of dreamers and doers.
