💫 About the Host

The event is hosted by Irem Rama, Founder and CEO of El Turco Media, a global creative marketing agency that connects people and ideas through design, storytelling, and strategy.

Before starting her agency, Irem worked as a Google Partner Coordinator where she developed her passion for meaningful communication and authentic growth.

Since 2019, she has hosted Wise and Young gatherings across three continents, bringing together entrepreneurs, artists, and innovators through creativity, food, and community.

Now she brings this global experience to Asheville to build a local circle of dreamers and doers.
