Bundle up your creativity — it’s time to sip and decorate your way through winter! In this cozy cookie class, we’ll transform sugar cookies into a set of chilly-weather favorites: a boot, scarf, mitten, sweater, beanie hat, and sock — all dressed up in a stylish winter palette of white, pink, blue, and brown.

Whether you’re decorating solo, bringing your bestie, or making it a date or family night out, this beginner-friendly, all-ages class is the perfect way to unwind, laugh, and get creative.

Here's what's included in the class:

• A half dozen cookies ready to decorate in six coordinating shapes;
• Royal icing in 4 colors;
• All the tools you need like a scribe, parchment paper, and paper towel,
• A box to take your completed cookies home,
• Group presentation of introduction to decorating plus tips for each cookie design,
• A full color printed packet with step-by-step picture instructions, tips, and hints for success (yours to keep!), and
• A delicious Lost Boy Cider/taxes/gratuity (non-alcoholic options available, I also love their apple juice).

You can also purchase additional cookie DIY kits at a special class discount. Cookies are heat-sealed for freshness and royal icing keeps in the fridge for a month, so you can decorate more cookies at home and they'll taste just as good as the ones you do in class!

Are kids welcome? - Yes! A parent can share a ticket with kids under 5 years old. All attendees over 5 years old are kindly asked to purchase their own tickets. Additionally, VA law requires anyone under 18 years of age to be accompanied by an adult due to alcohol being produced on-site.

Allergens - Common allergens that are in the cookies and icing include wheat, eggs, and dairy. Gluten-free cookies are available (see add-ons) but please keep in mind that I do not operate a gluten-free kitchen. Cookies do not include nut or nut oils (e.g. almond extract). Sugarcoated is SafeServ certified, VDACS inspected, and follows all best practices for allergen control.

As a result, cancellations must be received by Wednesday, 12/3for a full refund minus any fees EventBrite won't refund. From 12/3 to 12/4 , a partial refund of $20 will be issued. There are no refunds for cancellations after 12/4. Good news is that you still get the cookie kit and class materials! We'll work together to schedule pickup in Del Ray or Annandale by 12/17.
