Amidst the business of Christmas take a moment to pause and reconnect with the deep rest of nature rhythm .

To the soft rhythm of the drum , you will attune to your heart with a drink of Cacao and set intentions into the stillness of mid winter . This will be followed by a sound journey woven together through gongs , voice , bowls,strings and other instruments.

It will be a space to soften, realign and connect to the stillness beneath winters beauty .

You will just need to bring a mat, cushions and blankets . Everything you need to make a cosy space for you to rest .
