Forest Bathing: Solstice Celebration
Enjoy a mindful stroll in the woods and connect with nature through sensory exploration inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, “forest bathing” and finish with herbal tea as you take a moment to reflect.
Led by Mindful Outdoor Guide and certified Forest Therapist, Cindy Olsen, this experience will be an opportunity to celebrate the natural world in honor of the winter solstice.
Meet in the Visitor’s Center courtyard. Parking: $6 per vehicle.
No pets please.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and dress warmly. Blankets and seat cushions will be provided.
Max: 30 people. Ages 18+.
