Winter Solstice: Elderberry Syrup Making Workshop

By Heart And Soil Sanctuary

Overview

Learn about elderberries with the Heart and Soil Sanctuary! We'll share knowledge, and you'll go home with elderberry syrup :)

Come make medicine with us! We will process elderberries we froze earlier this season and make elderberry syrup! Everyone will leave with a small jar of medicinal syrup and the knowledge to make the syrup for themselves. Elderberries are excellent immune boosters and great for cold and flu symptoms. Perfect medicine for winter and a way to celebrate the shift in season.

We will provide jars, honey, & some spices - ginger & cinnamon.

You can personalize by bringing your own spices - some ideas include cloves, star anise, cardamom pods, orange peel, rose hips, anything you want really!
