Winter Reset: A Restorative Tea Gathering for the New Year

By The Helicoper Daughter

Overview

Enjoy a guided wellness experience designed to support your mind, body, and nervous system as you begin the new year.

After weeks of overdoing, overthinking, and overextending ourselves through the holidays, January invites us to pause — to exhale — and return to balance.

This small-group gathering blends the comfort of tea with simple, wellness strategies that help you reset your energy, support your digestion, and feel more grounded heading into the year ahead.

As part of this reset, we’ll also explore three teas that offer gentle, research-supported benefits for energy, metabolism, and overall wellbeing — perfect for women wanting to ease back into healthy habits without pressure:

🍃 Green Tea – supports metabolism + steady energy

🍃 Oolong Tea – helps encourage fat oxidation during light movement

🍃 Cinnamon-Ginger Herbal – supports digestion and curbs post-holiday cravings

Together, we’ll explore:

🌿 How stress, sleep, and digestion are connected — and why so many women feel “off” after the holidays

🍵 Teas that support the nervous system, hydration, and gentle weight-support goals

✨ Simple ways to feel calmer, clearer, and more balanced as you start the new year

We’ll reflect on what you want to carry into the year ahead and you’ll leave with a small take-home practice and a tea sample to continue your reset at home.

Because peace, balance, and intention make the best resolutions of all — and sometimes the smallest daily choices bring the biggest relief.
