This is a gentle, calming winter workshop designed to help you feel more grounded, settled, and supported. Winter can bring fatigue, emotional heaviness, and sensory overload — and none of that means anything is wrong with you. We’ll move slowly, offer optional participation, and focus on simple tools you can use right away.
You can keep your camera on or off, move or fidget, take breaks, or just listen. Come exactly as you are.
In this workshop, you will learn:
