A CELEBRATION OF CREATIVITY AND ARTISTIC GROWTH

The Winter Member Show honors and celebrates the beautiful blend of all skill levels within PAL. It’s a chance for new artists to bravely step out of their comfort zone and show their art for the first time, as well as an opportunity for those more experienced artists to share recent work. Bravo to all!

People’s Choice Awards: Please vote for your favorite art and help determine the first, second, and third place People’s Choice Awards. Look for the voting boxes located in each building.

ABOUT STEVE HAMMOND

Steve is a Signature Scratchboard Artist (SSA) with the International Society of Scratchboard Artists, living and working in the Pacific Northwest. He specializes in black-and-white scratchboard, but also explores painting in bold, exaggerated colors, using vibrant hues to heighten emotion and bring scenes to life. Through both mediums, he captures the intricate details and essence of people and wildlife, exploring complex emotions and the raw beauty of nature. He is represented by Barlow Gallery in Tacoma, Washington, and proudly serve on the boards of the International Society of Scratchboard Artists and is a member of the Peninsula Art League.
