Winter Breads Baking Class

Overview
Join us as we make beautiful breads to celebrate the holiday season!
In class, participants will use a Japanese method called Tangzhong to make an incredibly soft yeast bread dough.
Once the dough is made, participants will transform it into garlic & herb dinner rolls (with a variety of shaping techniques) as well as a gorgeous cinnamon roll wreath.
We will also make tender cranberry orange scones.

- This class is for ages 16+.
- All tickets are priced per person as we keep our classes small.
