Winemaker Dinner with Michael Trujillo and Chef Mina

This special evening features world-renowned winemaker Michael Trujillo, whose wines are proudly showcased in the Wine Train Collective, and a custom culinary experience by the brilliant Chef Mina. Chef Mina will be creating a special menu inspired by the selection of Trujillo wines, highlighting her signature style and seasonal inspiration.
