• West Shore Country Club
• Event tent in front of the clubhouse. (Event is open-air/outdoors! There's plenty of space to spread out and to maintain social distancing.)
• Parking in front of and behind the clubhouse.

Ticket info:

• General Admission - $50
• Hightop (standing) and regular seated tables under the tent.
• Tickets not required for children ages 13 and under.

• Event is rain or shine.

• Admission ticket sales (eTickets) now open online until the day of the event. Admission tickets will also be available at door.

Food:

• Heavy hors d'oeuvres
• No outside food permitted!

Cancellation policy:

• If new COVID restrictions go into effect, causing the event to be cancelled , we would greatly appreciate your purchase as a donation; however, refunds will be available upon request.

Normally, we rely on our raffles and silent auction to help raise funds at our event. Unfortunately, we'll be without those fun activities this year. But we still have people in Central PA who are struggling to afford their Lyme treatment. Sam's Spoons Foundation - What We Do

The cost of Lyme Disease can be staggering. According to Dr. Daniel Cameron, the mean cost for patients was $16,199 annually with early Lyme disease. Sam's Spoons Foundation was created in 2018 to help defray the out of pocket expenses incurred by families affected by chronic medical conditions from Lyme disease and co-infections. Chronic Lyme Disease is not only difficult to manage, but it means that people are left 100% financially responsible for their treatment. This nonprofit organization is focused on helping those in need financially, while working with other nonprofit organizations to raise awareness, provide educational outreach efforts for youth and their families, instill the importance of prevention, and push important policies around tick bites and Lyme disease in Pennsylvania.
