Come join us for a night of indulgence at Fenner Hill Country Club! Indulge in a selection of premium red wines from Wine Wizards while enjoying a delectable dinner specially crafted to complement each sip.

Featuring 4 different red wines as well as a special after dinner drink, you will be guided through each tasting experience as it is paired perfectly with our chefs creations.

Tis' the season for Reds! For this dinner we are featuring the best of the reds. With types ranging from sparling reds to robust cabernets, each course will explore old favorites and introduce you to new tastes.

First Course:
Butternut squash soup shooters topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and served with a gourmet goat & smoked provolone grilled cheese canape

Second Course:
Giant short rib ragu filled agnolotti in a black truffle butter pan sauce
Paired with: Produttori di Manduria, Primitivo (2023)

Third Course:
8oz Filet au Poivre with crispy duck fat fried potato cake and green beans
Paired with: Chateau Haut Mondain Bordeaux (2022)

Fourth Course:
Individual milk chocolate cheesecakes with a white chocolate drizzle and topped with poached pears
Paired with: Mon Premier, Pet-Nat of Pinard Sparkling Red (2025)

After Dinner:
House made warm mulled wine served with gingerbread bites
