School just got a lot cooler... we added wine! Join us after hours for a special evening on the Hill and see our Tasting Room transformed into the ultimate classroom, set up with everything you need. Class starts with an hour-long lesson complete with fun and educational wine basics while you sip, savor, and soak up everything you need to know.
In this October edition of Wine School, Pippin Hill Wine Educator Carter Mace will lead you through a guided tasting celebrating Virginia Wine Month. Enjoy a curated cheese and charcuterie board while tasting six Pippin Hill selections, including sparkling, white, rosé, and red.
Together, you’ll explore what makes Virginia such an exciting wine region, from the challenges and opportunities of our unique climate to the varietals that thrive here. We’ll taste wines that highlight Virginia’s distinct character, including grapes traditionally used as blenders in the Old World that shine on their own in Virginia, as well as local interpretations of classic international varietals.

Ticket price per person is inclusive of $135 for the guided tasting and dinner + 20% service charge. Guests will also receive an exclusive increased volume discount on wines purchased during Wine School.

Refunds requested more than 7 days before the event can be processed through Eventbrite, excluding their service fee. For cancellations within 7 days, a Pippin Hill Tasting Room gift card will be provided.
