Join us for a beginner friendly workshop and guided wine tasting at Wine Curious Autumn edition with Phoebe So!
This November is the autumn edition of Wine Curious: Mindful Tasting with Phoebe! A slowed down approach to exploring and enjoying wine. Learn to taste mindfully, break down fancy words and develop your palate. The autumn edition workshop will feature stories from Phoebe's grape harvesting adventures in Italy and BC. As we break into the fall season, our wine showcase will transition into bigger and bolder, with a splash of light to medium flavors.
An autumn themed flight of at least 5 different wines will be poured, along with charcuterie snacks for each guest. We will taste and evaluate each wine and put together tasting notes and thoughts.
Have fun, meet new faces, and make the most of your wine drinking experience moving forward.

Presenter Bio:
Phoebe So is an indie workshop and event organizer with an ethos of reimagining the wine drinking experience. She believes in an open minded approach and embraces the UNglamour of wine. In her eyes, farming is a very important aspect of winemaking, and thus she's carved out time to farm and work harvests in Italy, Slovenia and British Columbia.
An avid traveller, she loves exploring wine in all parts of the world, though she is very passionate about featuring local producers and sharing what is close to home (the GTA!) and is accessible for her guests. You may find her wine showcase tends to showcase more wines from the Niagara and Prince Edward County regions.
She started her journey with George Brown College and has completed her WSET certification at level 3.
Can't make this one?
We have another session on Thu, Nov 6th at Bevy @ 738 Dundas St. East!
