Curious how wine, cider, and mead are made at home? Join us for a fun and educational beginner class! Tasting flight included!

Humans have been fermenting food and beverages for millennia. It's time you learn too! This beginner class will cover the fermentation of grapes, apples, and honey to make wine, cider, and mead, respectively! We will sample excellent examples of each and take a deep dive into why they taste the way they do based on their ingredients and fermentation processes. In addition, we will cover the process and equipment needed to easily make these wonderful beverages at home! Lastly, we will give you some key things to say next time you are at the bar to really impress your friends! If you decide to buy anything after attending the class, get 10% off your whole order! This class runs for approximately 90 minutes. Must be 21+ to attend or accompanied by someone who is.
