We will explore how Grenache, Syrah, and Monastrell interact in a blend. Learn how each grape contributes to aroma, structure, and balance. Similarly, the classic Bordeaux style blend featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot offers its own unique harmony, combining bold tannins, rich fruit, and deep color to create a complex and elegant profile.
We will have chef's charcuterie and cheese as well as desserts to munch on. Can't wait to explore this with you!
